Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, toss hot spaghetti with olive oil.
    In a small bowl, combine eggs and Parmesan cheese.
    Stir into spaghetti.
    Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10-inch pie plate and form \"crust\".
    Spread Ricotta over crust, but not to the edge.
    Top with spaghetti sauce and spread out to the edge.
    Bake, uncovered for 25 minutes.
    Top with shredded Mozzarella.
    Bake for 5 more minutes, until cheese melts.
    Remove from oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Cut into wedges.
