Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini.
    Sift together flour, cinnamon, salt, soda, baking powder and chopped nuts.
    Add to first mixture.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
