Sesame Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken or 6 breasts
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/3 c. milk
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    sesame seed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix enough flour to cover chicken with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons sesame seed in bowl.
    In large baking dish, melt stick of margarine.
    Dip chicken pieces in egg and milk, then in
    flour mixture.
    When all chicken is in baking dish, sprinkle
    with sesame
    seed.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 until brown on bottom. Baste well until flour is covered.
    Bake until browned well.
