Deer Or Beef Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground deer or ground beef
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    1 Tbsp. celery salt
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. curing salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix everything together and roll into sausage shape.
    Wrap in foil, prick foil with a fork.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake on rack of a broiler pan in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool.
    Wrap in new foil and refrigerate for 24 hours before eating.
