Halupsi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1/2 c. diced onions
    1/4 c. diced carrots
    3/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. canned tomato soup
Preparation
    Boil cabbage, separate leaves and set aside. Mix rice, onions, peppers, carrots, meat, salt and pepper. Wrap 1/2 cup mixture in cabbage; leaf; and place in greased casserole.
    Pour 1/2 cup water over this.
    Bake 90 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir tomato soup and sour cream together.
    Pour over Halupsi and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Serves six.
