Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp cornstarch
    1 Tbsp flour
    2 1/2 c sugar
    2 qt. milk
    1 pt. light cream
    2 Tbsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until Foamy.
    Add cornstarch, flour, and sugar. Mix well.
    Heat 1 qt. milk, add egg mixture.
    Bring to slow boil stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
    Cool add cream, vanilla, salt, and remaining milk.
    Pour in ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
