Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 grated carrot
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Shred cabbage and mix with salt.
    Let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze out excess moisture.
    Add carrot and let stand.
