Hot Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 red chili peppers
    18 green chili peppers
    10 onions
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Put peppers (discarding seeds) and peeled onions through food processor.
    Add salt; cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Drain liquid and discard.
    Add vinegar and sugar to vegetables.
    Bring to a boil, simmer 20 minutes.
    Ladle into hot jars, adjust lids at once.
    Process in boiling water bath (212\u00b0) for 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 pints.
