Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
    16 oz can low sodium tomato sauce
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
    1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    3 Tablespoons parsley
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Wash shrimp and set aside. Simmer sauce, onion, celery, green pepper, mushrooms, parsley and pepper in skillet for 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 10-15 minutes more, until shrimp is pink and tender. Serve over rice.
