Beautiful Cheddar Braids - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 pkg. Red Star yeast
2 to 3 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese*
6 3/4 to 7 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter

Preparation

*I used Sargento finely grated Mozzarella and Cheddar.
