Caramel Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (at room temperature)
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 eggs
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 large can pineapple, crushed and drained
    8 oz. dry roasted peanuts
    3 large Granny Smith apples
Preparation
    Melt butter in microwave.
    Add powdered sugar.
    Add to remaining ingredients.
    Cream together sugar and eggs; fold in Cool Whip.
    Fold in pineapple, peanuts and apples.
    Refrigerate. (Don't put in peanuts, if making ahead.)
