Horseradish Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta, cut into cubes
    1 c. mayonnaise (regular or lite but not fat free)
    1/2 c. horseradish
Preparation
    Melt cheese in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring in horseradish and mayonnaise.
    Let cool and refrigerate.
