Greek Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken breast (about 3)
    2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1 1/4 c. crumbled Feta cheese
    2/3 c. sliced pitted black olives
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    3 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine chicken, cucumber, Feta cheese, olives and parsley; set aside.
    In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, oregano and garlic.
    Add to chicken mixture.
    Toss to coat; cover and chill.
    Serve in pita pockets with lettuce or serve on lettuce leaves.
    Makes 6 servings.
