Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to boil over medium/high heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
    Turn heat to low and cook until rice is softened, about 30 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of milk in small bowl.
    Pour into Rice Pudding; blend well.
    Pour in serving dish and chill before serving.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
