Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small bunch broccoli (1 1/4 lb.)
    3 slices white bread
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Tear bread into 1-inch pieces.
    In bowl, beat with a fork, eggs, milk, melted butter, cheese and salt.
    Pour cheese mixture over broccoli.
    Cover with lid or foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serve hot.
