Butternut Squash Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked mashed squash
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. half and half
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
pecan halves
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pecans; mix well.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour 1/2-inch water in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and place casserole in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Garnish with pecans.
