Mini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 small onion, chopped (2 Tbsp.)
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini (2 small) or chopped broccoli
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (6 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. cumin seed, crushed
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook onion and garlic in butter or margarine until onion is tender but not brown.
    Add zucchini or broccoli and stir about 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Remove from heat.
