Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli, break into small flowerets
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. raisins, soaked in water, then well drained
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all together and let stand several hours before serving. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
    Broccoli seems to absorb all the mayonnaise for a crisp fresh salad.
