Scalloped Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen mixed vegetables (no potatoes)
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 stick margarine
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, grated
    1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Add onion to mixed vegetables and cook until barely tender. Drain.
    Add margarine and cheese.
    Stir until blended.
    Put in oblong casserole dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and 1/4 stick margarine and top casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
