Molded Orange Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 c. boiling water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Defrost frozen orange juice concentrate. Turn into a small bowl the contents of package of orange flavored gelatin. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add lemon juice, then the orange concentrate. Stir quickly to combine. Pour 1/2 cup of the gelatin mixture into a 5 or 6-cup mold. If necessary, chill remainder of gelatin. It should be of a heavy, syrupy consistency.
