Nut Crusted Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
6 eggs, separated
2 tsp. vanilla
3 sticks unsalted butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. sifted cake flour
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Flour a Bundt pan, sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan.
Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs yolks, one at a time.
Stir in remaining ingredients just until combined.
