Very Tasty Baked Spuds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 good sized potatoes
    1 (0.6 oz.) envelope Italian salad dressing mix
    paprika
    1 c. soft butter
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Slice in half lengthwise.
    Pat surfaces dry with paper towels and spread with butter.
    Sprinkle each with salad dressing mix and cheese.
    Bake cut-side down on a cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes until tender.
    Dust with paprika.
