Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All (drained)
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 round tube Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Soften onions and peppers in boiling water; then drain. Mix with all
    other ingredients except margarine and crackers. Put into a 9
    x
    13-inch baking dish.
    Crush Ritz crackers and mix with melted margarine.
    Spread cracker mix over vegetables in baking dish.

    to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 until cracker mix has browned and cheese has bubbled.
