Mom'S Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Heat chocolate, butter and evaporated milk in the top of a double boiler over boiling water until the chocolate is melted. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Continue heating over boiling water for another 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Cool and serve over ice cream. Stores well in the refrigerator.
    Can be easily reheated in the microwave or on the stove. Delicious!
