Quick Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounce package of chocolate chips
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 tablespoons brandy or sherry
    4 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Melt chips over simmering water, beat in sherry, salt and egg yolks.
    Beat whites until stiff and fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into 6 glasses and refrigerate 4 hours.
