Lemon Pie Without Milk - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 large lemon (grated rind and juice)
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and add boiling water and boil until thick.
Add lemon juice and rind.
Add beaten egg yolks and pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue and brown.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
