Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken cubes
1 (4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 lb. white seedless grapes, halved
1 c. celery, diced fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes and celery.
Mix and add remaining ingredients.
Toss well.
Chill several hours. Serve cold.
