Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Russet potatoes
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Peel potatoes and cut into 1-inch cubes. Wash potatoes after peeling.
    Mix cheese, flour, salt and pepper in paper sack.
    Put wet potatoes in sack; shake to coat.
    Put potatoes in baking dish.
    Sprinkle any cheese, flour, salt and pepper left in sack over potatoes.
    One medium onion, sliced into rings, can be added if you desire.
    Cook one hour, uncovered, until tender and brown.
