Fried Rice(A Wonderful Side Dish To The Hawaiian Chicken!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked white rice (about 6 c.), firm not too soft
    scallions (at least 1 bunch), chopped
    frozen peas (10 oz. box), thawed out
    soy sauce (I use almost one 10 oz. bottle)
    oil (for frying)
    3 to 4 beaten eggs
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Fry chopped scallions in oil.
    (When soft and light brown, rain and remove; set aside.)
    In same oil, stir in egg and mix until a scrambled egg is formed.
    (Note:
    Oil will be hot from the fried scallions, therefore, eggs will cook quickly.)
