Magic Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 1/3 c. (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler.
    Add Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.
    Stir over rapidly boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes or until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    Add water, salt and vanilla, mixing well.
    Pour into a baked pie shell.
    Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
    Chill.
