Drumsticks Pierre - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken drumsticks
1/4 c. flour, seasoned with 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 clove garlic, minced
few drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Dust drumstick with seasoned flour.
Melt butter in large, heavy frying pan, with tight fitting cover.
Brown chicken over medium heat on all sides.
Drain on absorbent paper.
