Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. fat
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Mix in soft fat with fork until well blended.
Mix egg with milk and stir into flour mixture until well blended.
Fill greased pan half full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until cake springs back when touched.
