Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick Blue Bonnet
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon flavor
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    2 dashes of nutmeg
    2 ready pie shells
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes with skins on.
    Peel potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl.
    Add margarine while hot.
    Pour in all other ingredients; mix together at medium speed until blended well. Pour into ready pie shells.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until firm and brown.
