Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburg
4 cans mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
8 to 10 potatoes
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Brown hamburger and drain grease.
Boil and mash potatoes. Take hamburger and mix with soup.
Put in a small baking dish. Spoon on mashed potatoes.
Slice margarine and place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with salad and vegetable.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
