Lemon Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple chunks
1 c water
3/4 c sugar
1 small box lemon jello
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 c nuts, chopped
2 c Cool Whip
Preparation

Boil pineapple, water and sugar in saucepan.
Remove from heat and add lemon jello and blend.
Cool completely and add grated cheese and nuts, mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip and pour into mold.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
