Egg Strata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. eggs with 1 c. milk
white bread with crusts cut off
Dijon mustard
sharp cheese
butter
sausage
Preparation
-
Mix butter and Dijon mustard and spread on bread.
Spread layer of bread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with layer of grated cheese and layer of cooked sausage.
Layer one more time. Pour milk and egg mixture over bread.
Cook at 350\u00b0 until top is brown.
