Veal Chops With Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1/2-inch thick) veal loin chops
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of dried tarragon, crushed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place chops on unheated broiler pan rack.
    Broil chops 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
    Turn chops.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Broil 5 minutes or until done.
