Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 crushed saltine crackers
    3 to 4 slices onions
    1 can chicken or mushroom soup
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onions.
    In casserole dish, put layer of crackers, onions and 1/2 can of soup.
    Put another layer of each. Top with crackers and cheese.
    Mix together the eggs and milk. Pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
