Irish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 large eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples
1 pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation

Cream the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. Combine with dry ingredients and mix well. Add nuts and apples. Spread into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle chips over it and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
