Cranberry Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 c. Quaker honey-nut toasted oatmeal (dry)
4 apples, sliced
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon with 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex with Pam.
Spread bottom with Quaker honey-nut toasted oatmeal dry cereal.
Layer in cut up apples (about 4) and the cranberries.
Sprinkle with the nutmeg and cinnamon mixed with the sugar.
Add more cereal on top as pan will allow.
Doll up with brown sugar and butter.
Sprinkle on 3 tablespoons water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
