Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
    1 large bag Tater Tots
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix together cheese, sour cream and soup.
    Coat Tater Tots with cheese mixture, then add butter and onions.
    You may save some cheese to sprinkle over the top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
