Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise (can use light)
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten (can use Egg Beaters)
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab, thawed and drained*
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese (can use light)
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 deep dish pastry (unbaked)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; put into the unbaked pastry. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
