Beef Parma Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram, crumbled
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place meat between sheets of wax paper. Pound with heavy skillet on hard surface until quite thin.
    Cut into serving size pieces.
