Minnesota Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 c. thinly sliced green bell pepper
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine cucumbers, green pepper, onion, celery seed and salt in bowl; mix well.
Stir sugar into vinegar in small bowl until dissolved.
Pour over vegetables.
Chill, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
May store in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
