Mac And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    salt and pepper
    butter
    3 c. grated, aged sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. buttered, fresh bread crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Cook macaroni and drain.
    Layer 1/3 macaroni, sprinkle lightly salt and pepper and 1/3 of cheese.
    Dotting with slivers of butter; repeat twice more.
    Pour milk over all.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
