Dawson'S Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. leg of lamb, butterflied
2 medium onions, grated
6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
1 c. catsup
4 Tbsp. melted butter
6 Tbsp. shortening
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. salt
2 to 3 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Trim the fat and skin from the leg of lamb.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Place lamb in baking pan.
Top with mixture.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes on each side.
Baste with sauce.
