Rice-A-Roni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni fried rice with almonds
    1 jar artichoke hearts, cut up
    lots of chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small can sliced ripe olives
    1 pkg. slivered almonds (1/2 to 3/4 c.)
    1 c. mayo
    sliced water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Make rice as instructed; cool.
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
    Prepare at least 4 to 6 hours in advance.
