Stuffed French Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
homemade bread, sliced 1-inch thick
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, pineapple and sugar.
Cut a deep slit into the thickness of each slice of bread.
This forms a pocket into which you spoon the cream cheese mixture in each slice.
Beat milk and eggs.
Dip each slice of bread quickly into the milk and eggs on each side.
Use butter to fry in frypan.
Brown both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
