Mom'S Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. raw cranberries
    rind of 1/2 small orange, grated
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon or orange Jell-O
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped apple
Preparation
    Grind or chop cranberries in food processor.
    Turn into bowl and mix in orange rind and sugar and let stand for 1 hour.
