Chicken Piquant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. white or rose wine
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 crushed garlic cloves
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    salt to taste
    3 lb. chicken breast (boneless)
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix first 10 items in bowl.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Turn and bake another 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 6.
